Mean Well launches a peripheral module to complement the Mean Well DIN Rail Power Supply family. DR-UPS40 is a 40A, 24vdc UPS module for 24 volt dc Power Supplies. We connect the DR-UPS40 with a 24 volt external battery and 24 volt power supply to obtain a battery back up solution of up to 40A. This is ideal for critical loads. DR-UPS40 is complete with monitoring signals, LED indicators for: DC BUS OK, Battery Fail, Battery Discharge, and repetitive battery test function. Now users can customize their own DC UPS system to back up critical loads and easily monitor the entire system. DR-UPS40 has a 3 years warranty.
