Phihong Offers IEEE802.3at and IEEE802.3bt Compliant Outdoor PoE Injectors Exclusively Through TRC Electronics
Doylestown, PA (April 15th, 2024) — Phihong, a leader in Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) midspan solutions, is expanding the availability of its IEEE802.3at and IEEE802.3bt compliant outdoor Power-over-Ethernet injectors. Previously only available to select OEM customers, these robust devices are now available to qualified customers exclusively through TRC Electronics, based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, which has been selected as the exclusive distributor for these products.
All Phihong PoE Outdoor Injectors are designed to withstand extreme outdoor weather conditions. The POEO30U-1AT-X-R outdoor injector delivers 30W of output power with an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +65 degrees C. Meanwhile, the POEO75U-1BT-X-R and POEO75U-1BT-R outdoor injectors provide 90W of output power with an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +55 degrees C, which derates to 70W at +65 degrees C.
Each injector is housed in a sturdy, non-vented IP67 rated waterproof enclosure measuring 9.7 x 6.7 x 2.3 inches, equipped with options for wall mounting or pole mounting. The injectors also bear UL, CE, and UKCA compliance markings and meet 4kV Line-Line and 6kV L-PE (IEEE61000-4-5) surge immunity standards.
Supporting data speeds up to 10G, all injectors comply with IEEE802.3at and IEEE802.3bt standards.
