The Cyclon® product family is engineered around 99.99% pure lead plates, enabling extremely thin plate construction with significantly greater surface area—and therefore greater power output—than conventional lead-acid designs. As shown in the product construction diagrams on page 4, Cyclon batteries incorporate a resealable 50-PSI safety valve, AGM separators for leak-proof performance in any orientation, and a durable steel enclosure for superior shock, vibration, and temperature resistance. Pure-lead chemistry delivers powerful advantages: up to 300 full cycles at 100% depth of discharge, a 10–15 year float life, exceptionally stable voltage delivery, twice the low-temperature performance of standard sealed-lead batteries, and the ability to reach 95% recharge in less than one hour using constant-voltage charging.
