About Genesis XE Batteries for Extreme Conditions:
Built for demanding environmental and deep-cycle requirements, the Genesis® XE Series features a 12V pure lead-tin VRLA AGM design with a flame-retardant UL94 V-0 case and rugged construction, as outlined on page 1. These batteries can be installed in any orientation except inverted and are available with optional metal jackets (except XE60 and XE95) for enhanced durability in harsh conditions. The series offers excellent deep-discharge recovery, supports high-rate charge and discharge, and delivers 300+ full depth-of-discharge cycles, making it ideal for renewable energy systems, mobility applications, and high-vibration environments.
Genesis XE batteries operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C with a metal jacket, feature a 2-year shelf life, and are approved as nonspillable for simplified shipping. UL recognition and robust construction further enhance reliability. Detailed performance tables show strong constant-current and constant-power discharge characteristics across the XE13 through XE95 range, ensuring dependable output even under high load demand. The Genesis XE Series is built to deliver high power density, long cycle life, and exceptional resilience where traditional AGM batteries fall short.
