Inission Power DDP600 SC Series AC/DC power supplies combine high-efficiency power conversion, rugged environmental protection, and compact construction for demanding industrial and outdoor applications. Delivering up to 600W of continuous regulated DC power with 800W peak capability for up to 10 seconds, the series supports a universal 85 to 305VAC input range and offers single-output configurations of 24VDC or 48VDC. The sealed extruded aluminum enclosure features integrated cooling fins and a fully potted internal assembly, enabling natural convection and conductive heat dissipation without requiring forced-air cooling. With IP66, IP67, and IP68 ingress protection ratings, watertight cable glands, and UV-resistant input and output cables, the DDP600 SC Series is designed to operate reliably in challenging environments. The series achieves up to 94% efficiency and incorporates active power factor correction, low standby power consumption of less than 0.35W, and comprehensive protection against overcurrent, short circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature conditions. Optional signal configurations provide a 5VDC standby output rated at 1.5A, remote on/off control, power-good indication, remote sensing, and current-sharing capabilities for parallel operation. Designed for ambient temperatures from -30°C to +70°C with appropriate output derating, the DDP600 SC Series also supports safety standards including IEC/EN 62368-1 and UL 8750. Its compact 125 x 250.5 x 60 mm form factor makes it well suited for industrial process control, telecommunications, broadcasting equipment, solid-state lighting, video wall displays, and other applications requiring efficient, environmentally protected power.
