Inission Power MDP600 SC Series medical-grade AC/DC power supplies combine high-efficiency power conversion, advanced patient protection, and rugged environmental sealing for demanding medical equipment applications. Delivering 600W of continuous regulated DC power across an 85 to 264VAC input range, the series offers single-output configurations of 24VDC or 48VDC with up to 800W peak power capability for less than 10 seconds. The sealed extruded aluminum enclosure features integrated cooling fins and a fully potted internal assembly, enabling natural convection and conductive heat dissipation without requiring fans. With IP66, IP67, and IP68 ingress protection ratings, watertight cable glands, and UV-resistant input and output cables, the MDP600 SC Series is designed to withstand challenging operating environments. The series achieves up to 94% efficiency and incorporates active power factor correction, standby power consumption below 0.35W, and comprehensive protection against input undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, overvoltage, and overtemperature conditions. Optional signal configurations provide a 5VDC standby output rated at 1.5A, remote on/off control, power-good indication, remote sensing, and current-sharing capabilities for parallel operation. Designed for ambient temperatures from -30°C to +70°C with appropriate output derating, the series meets IEC/EN 60601-1 medical safety requirements, provides 2 x MOPP isolation suitable for BF-rated applied parts, and complies with IEC 60601-1-2 4th edition EMC requirements. Its compact 125 x 250.5 x 60 mm form factor makes it well suited for clinical analyzers, dental units and chairs, MRI systems, and medical diagnostic and imaging equipment requiring reliable, environmentally protected power.
