The MEAN WELL NSP-2400 Series combines advanced digital power conversion technology with extensive control, communication, and protection features to support mission-critical applications. Available in output voltages from 12V to 60V, the series provides programmable output voltage from 0-120% and programmable output current from 0-100%, allowing engineers to tailor power delivery to specific system requirements. Built-in constant current operation, remote ON/OFF control, remote sense compensation, DC OK signaling, auxiliary outputs, and integrated CANBus communication simplify system integration while enabling advanced monitoring and control capabilities. MODBus communication is also available upon request.
Designed for high-power applications, the NSP-2400 delivers up to 2400W continuous output power with an impressive 200% peak power capability for up to five seconds on most models, allowing support for high startup currents and transient loads without oversizing the power supply. Multiple units can be connected in parallel with active current sharing for output power up to 9600W, providing scalability for larger systems and future expansion. High efficiency up to 93%, intelligent fan speed control, conformal coating protection, and operation from -40°C to +85°C help ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
