MEAN WELL’s NTN-5K Series is a robust 5000W DC-AC inverter solution engineered for off-grid and hybrid power systems, combining an inverter, AC charger, and UPS function into a single compact unit. Featuring true sine wave output (THD <3%), the series ensures stable and clean power delivery for sensitive electronics and critical equipment. With built-in AC bypass functionality and fast transfer times under 10ms, the NTN-5K provides seamless backup power during outages, making it ideal for mission-critical applications.

The NTN-5K Series supports a wide range of DC input options (24V, 48V, and 380VDC) and selectable AC output voltages (100–120VAC or 200–240VAC), offering flexibility across global installations. It delivers up to 5KW continuous power, with peak power capabilities reaching up to 10KW, ensuring reliable performance during high inrush loads.

Designed for scalability and integration, the NTN-5K allows parallel operation of up to six units for higher output capacity and supports communication via MODBus-RTU (RS-485) or CANBus for system monitoring and control. The unit is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries and supports external MPPT solar chargers, making it ideal for renewable energy systems.

Engineered for harsh environments, the NTN-5K operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and includes comprehensive protection features such as reverse polarity, overvoltage, overload, short circuit, and over-temperature protection.
