THL 40WI Series 40W DC/DC Converter – TRACO

The TRACO Power THL 40WI Series expands the portfolio of compact, isolated DC/DC converters with a rugged 1” x 1” shielded metal case that offers both performance and durability. Featuring wide 4:1 input ranges (9–36 VDC and 18–75 VDC) and output isolation up to 1500 VDC, this series ensures flexibility across various applications, including mobile equipment, instrumentation, distributed power architectures, and communication systems. The converters achieve efficiency levels up to 93%, allowing operation from -40°C to +65°C without derating. For extended thermal performance, an optional heatsink is available. Built-in overload, overvoltage, and short circuit protection safeguard devices and systems, while remote On/Off and Trim functions provide design flexibility. Certified to UL 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1, and backed by a 3-year product warranty, the THL 40WI Series offers the ideal balance of cost efficiency, compact design, and reliable performance.
