About Hammond 1554PB Pushbutton Enclosures:

Built to withstand harsh operating conditions, the Hammond 1554PB Series features UV-resistant polycarbonate construction with a UL94 5VA flammability rating and environmental protection ratings up to NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, and 13, as well as IP66 ingress protection. The gasketed lid utilizes a tongue-and-groove sealing design with a replaceable high-temperature silicone gasket to help prevent the ingress of water, dust, oil, and other contaminants. Stainless steel captive hardware and corrosion-resistant bushings ensure long-term durability while supporting repeated assembly and maintenance. Designed for flexibility, the enclosures accommodate pushbuttons with 22 mm or 30.5 mm mounting holes and include internal DIN rail mounting tabs, brass inserts, standoffs, and PCB card guides for efficient component integration. Available in multiple configurations ranging from one to twenty pushbutton positions, the 1554PB Series supports a wide range of industrial control, machine automation, and operator interface applications. Optional galvanized steel inner panels and mounting feet further enhance installation versatility, making these enclosures a dependable solution for challenging environments.
